Project Overview
The Freedom Hills Subdivision project consists of approx. 39 acres which is being subdivided into 230 lots. The property is located at Ray Ellison Drive & Loop-410SW in San Antonio . All lots are under contract to builders with first lot sales scheduled for August, 2006. Projected net sales are $4.5M.
Current Status
All utilities have been completed for phase one of this three phase project. Phase I of the project will be completed the week of 8/18 and was within budget. The first lot take downs should occur by 8/31.
