Project Overview
A residential development of approximately 610 + acres in San Antonio , TX .. This project will produce approximately 2405 home sites (or equivalent usage), a park area and amenity center. This project consists of taking raw land and providing the infrastructure necessary to sell off parcels to home building companies to develop into home sites. Kerby Development will retain a portion of the land to develop into 331 lots, which will be purchases by Main Street Homes. Projected net sales are $33.9M.
Current Status
The land has been secured, closing July 30, 2006 . Preliminary engineering and construction estimates are complete. Builder contracts are being finalized.
