Project Overview
The Magnolia Springs Subdivision Project is the development of approximately 142.0 ± acres located off of Interstate I35 south of New Braunfels , Texas . The project will produce 545 single residential lots which are currently under contract to be sold to Newmark and Castle Rock Homes. Projected net sales are $21.9M.
Current Status
The property was closed on June 19, 2006 . Mobilization of the construction equipment and initial clearing occurred week ending July 28, 2006 . The first Phase produces 113 lots with the first lot sales occurring in December, 2006.
