The property is located on the inside of Loop 410 on the South West corner of the intersection of Medina Base Rd. and Five Palms Rd. in San Antonio , TX . Projected net sales are $3.7M.
Current Status
The acquisition of this property was completed on March 31, 2006 . All engineering drawings have been completed. The Medina builder program is in the last phase of contract development.
