Project Overview
The Wildhorse Vista Subdivision Project the development of approximately 60.588 ± acres located near the intersection of Shaenfield Rd. and Loop W1604N on the west side of San Antonio, Texas. The project will produce 273 single residential lots which are currently under contract to be sold. Projected net sales are $7.7M.
Current Status
Construction is under way with a Phase I completion on July 17, 2006 . First lot sales occurred in June, 2006 with Main Street Homes purchase of 12 model home lots. The project is currently within budget.
